Whether you are looking for a healthier lifestyle or wanting to improve your existing one, then why not try Childwall Sports Centre. Our community gym is ideal for people wanting to get back into exercise in a friendly and non intimidating environment.

Within our gym you will find the following cardiovascular equipment: Treadmills; Cross Trainers; Rowers; and Upright and Recumbent Bikes. Resistance equipment includes: a Lat Pull Down; Shoulder Press; Chest Press; Pec Fly/Rear Deltoid Machine; Smith Machine; Cable Column; Leg Curl; Leg Extension; and a Leg Press. Furthermore we have a range of free weights, bar bells, core stability and strengthening equipment.

All new members are given an induction. Personal programmes can be provided on request.
